   • Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights to the Software to any third party.
   • Use the Software to engage in any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities.
   • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
   • Use the Software in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Software or interfere with any other party’s use of the Software.
3. Privacy: ChatPM respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Software. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property: The Software and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, are the sole property of ChatPM or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the Software or its intellectual property.
5. Updates and Support: ChatPM may, at its discretion, provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Software. These updates may be provided with additional terms, and your continued use of the Software after such updates constitutes your acceptance of those additional terms. Support for the Software may be provided at ChatPM’s discretion.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ChatPM disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ChatPM does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChatPM and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ChatPM and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers harmless from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Software, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Termination: ChatPM may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ChatPM is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
11. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ChatPM regarding the Software and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written, relating to the Software.
