Applicability of this Privacy Policy (Website and Teams Bot)
Collection and Storage of Project-Related Data:
ChatPM offers four different subscription plans to users namely; Solo, Advanced, Pro, and Enterprise.
In the case of Solo, Advanced, and Pro plans, we host customer’s data on ChatPM servers. We store their project-related data and process it to facilitate our functionalities such as ChatPM-GPT and PowerBI Dashboard.
In the case of the Enterprise plan, organizations have the option to either host ChatPM on their on-premise server or host it on ChatPM’s server.
If an organization chooses the option of using their on-premise server to run ChatPM, we do not collect or store any project-related data such as project scope, deliverables, cost, risks, actions, issues, meetings, schedules, etc.
However, if an organization does not opt for an on-premise server, we store their project-related data on our servers. We use an MS SQL server to store data that stores all the data in an encrypted format that ensures the security of user data.
In both cases, we process project-related data to facilitate functionalities including ChatPM-GPT and PowerBI Dashboards.
Other Information We Collect
Contact Data: We may collect personal information such as names, email addresses, and project-related data such as project scope, cost, schedules, risks, meetings, actions, issues, etc. to provide our project management bot services effectively. We collect and store your ChatPM access to enable third-party functionalities such as PowerBI reports, integration with Microsoft Azure Portal, and scheduling meetings on Microsoft Outlook.
Usage Data: Information on how you use our website and Teams Bot, including interaction data, device information, and logs.
Payment Information: We are using a third-party payment gateway service (Stripe) to facilitate payments. We do not store any of your financial information (credit/debit card number, CVV, OTP). We only store information related to payment date and amount to ensure users get the right subscription plan against the amount paid.
How We Process Information
We use the collected information to:
1. Deliver our services and ensure they function correctly.
2. Improve and personalize your experience with our services.
3. Facilitate project management functionalities by processing project-related data such as project scope, deliverables, cost, risks, actions, issues, meetings, schedules, etc.
