Payment Terms for ChatPM Software

1. Pricing and Payment: The pricing for the ChatPM software (“Software”) and any associated services shall be as set forth on the ChatPM website or as agreed upon in a separate written agreement. All prices are in the currency specified by ChatPM and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay the specified fees for the Software in accordance with the payment terms outlined below.

2. Payment Method: ChatPM accepts payment via the methods specified on the ChatPM website or as agreed upon in a separate written agreement. You must provide accurate and complete payment information when making a purchase. By providing such information, you authorize ChatPM to charge the designated payment method for the specified fees.

3. Subscription and Renewal: If you purchase a subscription to the Software, you will be billed in advance for the subscription period specified at the time of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You are responsible for timely canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to continue using the Software.
4. Late Payments: In the event of a late payment, ChatPM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software until the outstanding payment is made. Late payments may be subject to late fees or interest charges as specified by ChatPM or as permitted by applicable law.
5. Refunds: ChatPM’s refund policy, if any, shall be specified on the ChatPM website or in a separate written agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided at ChatPM’s sole discretion and according to the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.
6. Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with your purchase and use of the Software, excluding taxes based on ChatPM’s net income. If ChatPM is required to collect or remit any such taxes, they may be added to your invoice and billed accordingly.
7. Changes to Pricing: ChatPM reserves the right to modify the pricing for the Software at any time with reasonable notice. Such changes will not affect the fees for any ongoing subscriptions that were purchased prior to the price change. Any new subscriptions or renewals will be subject to the updated pricing.
8. Termination for Non-Payment: In the event of non-payment or failure to resolve outstanding payment issues, ChatPM may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Software without liability.
9. Disputes: If you believe there is an error or discrepancy in the invoiced amount, you must notify ChatPM in writing within a reasonable period. Failure to provide timely notice shall constitute your acceptance of the invoiced amount.
10. Confidentiality: Any financial or payment-related information shared between you and ChatPM shall be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of processing payments and providing the Software.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: TThese payment terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ChatPM is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these payment terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where ChatPM is located.

By using the ChatPM Bot Software and making any payments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these payment terms.
